The Brexit Institute is proud to announce the publication of ‘International Economic Law–New Approaches and Issues’, co-edited by Deputy Director of the DCU Brexit Institute, Niall Moran, along with Mariela de Amstalden and Henok Asmelash.
This book is based on contributions to the Society of International Economic Law’s 11th SIEL/ PEPA conference. It opens with a preface from Peter Van den Bossche and features the work of sixteen contributors in a range of areas across international economic law (IEL). The book is divided into four sections on ‘New Approaches to IEL, ‘Technology and Innovation in IEL’, ‘Public Policy and IEL’, and ‘Trade Regulation’.
It is hoped these contributions will bring fresh perspectives to many areas of IEL as well as the richness of insights spanning five continents. The editors would like to thank Springer Law, as well as each of the contributors, including: Gautam Mohanty, Alexandros Bakos, Magali Favaretto Prieto Fernandes, Sean Madden, Olufunmilola Olabode (who all contributed to Part I); Diana Wade, Siqi Zhao, and Munu Martin Luther (part II); Najib Zamani, Cornelia Furculita, Trajan Shipley, Saurabh Sharma and Mukesh Rawat (part III); and Michael Skouzes, Justine Muller, and Inebu Agbo-Ejeh (part IV).
