EU Foreign & Security Policy: Two Years after Russia’s Invasion of Ukraine

On 25 January 2024, the DCU Brexit Institute hosted the event ‘EU Foreign & Security Policy: Two Years after Russia’s Invasion of Ukraine’ – featuring a keynote speech by Federica Mogherini (Former High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy; Rector of the College of Europe), a welcome by DCU President Prof. Daire Keogh and an expert DCU academic panel with:
