Biography
Giovanni is Postdoctoral Fellow at the Brexit Institute of the Dublin City University. He is also Fellow at the Robert Schuman Institute for European Affairs of the University of Luxembourg where he has been Postdoctoral Researcher in European Union Law. He holds a Ph.D. in European Law and is Docteur en Droit Public at the Universities of Bologna and Strasbourg (en cotutelle). Giovanni has been Stagiaire at the Court of Justice of the European Union and Blue Book Trainee at the Legal Service of the European Commission.
