10 Years Since the Brexit Referendum: The Future of Ireland and Europe

The DCU Brexit Institute Anniversary Lecture will take place on Monday, 15 June 2026 – 17:30 – 19:00 at Iveagh House, Dublin.

In June 2016, the United Kingdom voted to leave the European Union — a decision that reshaped the political landscape of Ireland, Britain, and Europe. Ten years on, as Ireland prepares to assume the Presidency of the Council of the EU, this event brings together leading scholars and policymakers to reflect on the past, present, and future of Ireland’s cross-border relations, European integration, and global democracy.
