On 10 April 2025, the Dublin European Law Institute and DCU Brexit Institute hosted the online event titled “Trade, Tariffs & Transatlantic Relations after the US Elections.”
It explored the EU response to US tariffs, how European businesses can prepare for potential trade disputes, and the broader future of transatlantic economic relations.
The event featured a keynote address by Dr. Cecilia Malmström, former European Commissioner for Trade (2014–2019) followed by a roundtable discussion with leading academics and industry practitioners.
