EU Fiscal Capacity: Legal Integration After Covid-19 and the War in Ukraine

On Wednesday 8th February 2023, we were pleased host the book launch of Prof. Federico Fabbrini “EU Fiscal Capacity: Legal Integration After Covid-19 and the War in Ukraine“.

The book examines positively the establishment of a fiscal capacity in the EU response to Covid-19 pandemic, via the Next Generation EU Recovery Fund; and claims normatively the the EU should now have a permanent fiscal capacity to address the consequences of the war in Ukraine.
