In October, Prof. Federico Fabbrini participated to a closed-door high level roundtable on the Protocol, hosted by the Cabinet of the President of the European Commission and the European Commission Service for the EU-UK Agreements on “The Implementation of the Protocol on Ireland / Northern Ireland”.

The event was also an opportunity to take stock of the European Commissions proposals for the implementation of the Protocol of 13 October 2021.
