Brexit Institute founding director Federico Fabbrini publishes op-ed in the Washington Post and is cited in The Times

“Federico Fabbrini and Daniel Kelemen, two internationally renowned professors of European law, warned that “increasingly authoritarian member states” such as Poland or Hungary would use the ruling to override ECJ opposition to their attempts to undermine the judiciary.
